What this site collects

This site stores the information needed to operate photography albums and private client galleries, including album details, selected photographs, gallery access settings, and basic technical information required to keep the service secure.

Google Photos

When Charlotte chooses to connect Google Photos, Google asks for permission before opening its Photos Picker. The site can access only the photos selected through that picker. Selected images may be copied into the site’s storage so they can appear in albums and client galleries. The site does not browse the rest of the connected Google Photos library.

Sign-in and private galleries

Studio access uses account authentication to identify authorized administrators. Client galleries may use private access codes. Visitors should not share gallery codes or links with people who are not intended recipients.

How information is used

Information is used only to manage the photography website, display chosen work, deliver private galleries, and maintain site security. It is not sold.

Removing access or content

Google access is short-lived and can also be revoked from the connected Google Account. Charlotte can remove imported photographs and albums from the Studio interface.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the site gains new features. The effective date above will change when material revisions are made.
